General Overview of Responsibilities: CAPABILITIES Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and follow-through Arrive on time and ready to work (VERY IMPORTANT)Working knowledge of office technology helpful- computers, etc Ability to learn and accept feedback, positive and corrective Be very organized and have excellent time management skill Manage and lead a team of installers Growth Potential: The production coordinator who can effectively lead and manage people will advance to Production Manager, and potentially General Manager.Overview of primary tasks and activities needed in this role: Shop Organization&Stocking Material Inventory System Equipment Inventory System Purchasing Materials Staging Materials Safety Equipment Inspections Assist colleagues: Owners, Sales, and Installers. Compensation: $0.20 - $0.25 per hour
