Immediate need for a talented Documentation Administrator with experience in the Banking&Financial Industry. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX. Please review the job description below. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Prepare loan documents for all Dealer Lending products in accordance with credit approval, organizational documents, and pricing structure.Responsible for the entire documentation process, which includes the preparation, delivery, execution, review, and storage of all loan agreements for Dealer Lending Products. Responsible for certain Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) control functions critical for the accuracy of the agreement against all relevant records such as credit approvals, organizational documents, state statues, etc.Responsible for meeting service levels with our internal and external clients to ensure timely and accurate service is provided. Gather due diligence and follow up items from the field as required and provide timely reporting of loan execution status. Assist with digitizing Dealer Lending's existing loan documents, which includes scanning, sorting, archiving, and indexing into centralized digital repository.Our client is a leading Banking&Financial Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
