Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Experience Officer and Credent Wealth Management Leadership Team. This role acts as a trusted partner to leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating priorities, and facilitating clear communication between executives and Wealth Advisors. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for planning and coordinating internal and external events, including leadership meetings, team events, conferences, and company-sponsored engagements. The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring leaders remain focused on strategic priorities through effective time management, meeting coordination, and proactive support. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset, all while supporting the company's mission, values, and compliance standards.Role Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CXO and CWM Leadership Team, including coordination of priorities and special initiatives. Act as a trusted liaison between Wealth Advisors, CWM Leadership, and external relationships, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability.Serve as an executive gatekeeper by managing calendars, prioritizing requests, and protecting leadership time. Manage complex scheduling across leadership teams, proactively resolving conflicts and maintaining consistent meeting cadence. Coordinate and support recurring Wealth Advisor meetings and leadership communications.Plan and execute internal and external CWM events, such as company dinners, interviews, Sales Conferences, and leadership meetings. Manage weekly company update sessions. Schedule and coordinate training for new client-facing team members in partnership with the Client Experience team. Deliver exceptional internal and external service while collaborating cross-functionally in alignment with company values.Ensure all activities comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
