Details: Must have HMI background either in design or engineering, will consider electrical/electronics engineer with HMI background, just need at least 2 years solid background in either Automotive or Aircraft, plus if they have degree in electronic/electrical engineering but not required.

Document EE component development with some associated activities such as simulations.

Put requirements on the components towards the supplier. Interact with the supplier and manage the work distribution.

Have the operational responsibility in the relationship with the supplier.

Responsible for recommending the supplier.

Evaluate new components and select the internal component. Secure cross-functional and business anchoring.

Manage complex components and/or large set of less complex components.

Responsibility extended to deliver & execute a Product Strategy Roadmap of the area for few complex components and/or large set of less complex components

Experience in HMI Control components (switches, stalks, door control panel, ...) and sensors. Position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience

Develop and document electronics and/or electrical components.

On Experienced level applies practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience).

Self-sufficient, takes lead on own tasks and able to work/plan independently.

Self-driven proactive engagement with learning opportunities and ongoing Experienced development.
