Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Sales Representative to support business development, client relationships, and revenue growth in a fast-paced distribution environment in Pomona, CA. This role will focus on generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting products to ensure customer satisfaction and continued sales growth.

Pay Rate:

$23.00– $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities Visit existing and previous clients to reintroduce and promote detergent products Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business Identify and generate new leads for equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service Support the sales team with product introductions and equipment demonstrationsMaintain accurate records of client visits, interactions, and potential leads Assist with preparing equipment for demonstrations, including uncrating, testing, and cleaning Develop a strong understanding of products and equipment to effectively support customers Operate a company vehicle (Class C license required) with a lift gateSafely load, secure, and transport equipment and supplies Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable with hands-on tasks and equipment handlingValid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused About Specialized Recruiting Group Specialized Recruiting Group takes an individualized approach to professional placement, delivering personalized service tailored to both clients and candidates.
