Senior Systems & Electrical Engineer Maritime & RFID Communications

= Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (On-soite 5 days a week) | = Security Clearance Preferred

We're looking for a hands-on engineer to design and integrate RFID and maritime communication systems used in large-scale deployments. You'll work on hardware development, RF compliance, and global field rollouts from concept to production.

What You'll Do:

Design & test PCBs with RS-232, USB, Ethernet, and power circuits

Optimize RF systems (EAS, RFID, antennas) for performance and cost

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across international sites

Lead system integration and staging for global deployments

Troubleshoot, validate, and improve field performance

What We're Looking For:

4 8 years in systems/hardware/RF engineering

Strong in Altium, lab tools (scope, spectrum analyzer), C/C++

Experience with FCC/ETSI compliance, RFID systems

Great communicator & problem-solver

Fluent in Spanish & English is a plus
