What You’ll Do

• Educate customers on the benefits of new comfort systems and tailored solutions
• Consult with customers to identify needs and present high-value HVAC solutions
• Provide accurate proposals and secure agreements for installation jobs
• Oversee projects from scheduling through completion, collection, and customer follow-up
• Generate leads and referrals by building long-term customer relationships
• Communicate job details and expectations clearly with installers and support teams
• Maintain professionalism, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (required)
• 1+ year of HVAC experience (preferred)
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
