We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Setup Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-quality components. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient operations and maintaining the highest standards of precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines (milling and/or lathe) according to job specifications and blueprints.
• Load and align raw materials and tooling for optimal machining processes.
• Perform test runs and adjust machine settings to ensure precision and quality.
• Monitor machining operations and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to verify adherence to specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean, organized workspac
