Bilingual Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist
This is an onsite role based in a clinical research setting, with regular travel between nearby locations
Duties
Review patient medical records
(in English and Spanish)
to identify eligible participants based on study inclusion/exclusion criteria
Conduct high-volume outreach (up to ~100 calls/day) to pre-screen patient interest and eligibility
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients in both English and Spanish regarding study opportunities
Partner with clinical research teams to meet recruitment goals and enrollment targets
Accurately document outreach efforts, chart review findings, and recruitment status in electronic systems
Support recruitment campaigns through social media and digital outreach channels
Travel between local clinic sites (within ~20 minutes), conducting onsite chart review and recruitment activities
Adapt recruitment strategies across multiple therapeutic areas as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling patient information
Ensure smooth handoff of qualified candidates to clinical teams for screening and enrollment
Required Qualifications
MUST have bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, including medical terminology
Experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or patient recruitment
Strong ability to review and interpret medical records and patient charts
Proficiency in medical terminology and eligibility assessment
Comfortable with high-volume call outreach (up to ~100 calls per day)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Ability and willingness to travel between nearby clinic sites
Prior experience in clinical research recruitment
Experience working with EHR systems and clinical documentation
Familiarity with social media and digital advertising tools
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to track high volumes of candidates
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Margate, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $***** - $*****/hr.
