Marketing Manager, Pompano Beach

Job Description Job Description The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing strategy, execution, and team performance across multiple initiatives.

You will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen campaigns, and expand into new markets.
What You'll Do
Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, accountability, and support
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to enter and grow within them
Collaborate with senior leadership to brainstorm and execute advertising initiatives
Review current marketing campaigns, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement improvements
Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches
Plan and coordinate promotional events, including logistics, staffing, and execution
Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand positioning and business objectives
Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and effectiveness

Proven experience in marketing management or leadership role
Strong ability to balance creativity with business objectives and budget considerations
Excellent writing, communication, and campaign development skills
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Highly collaborative with a passion for building relationships internally and externally
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Social media management experience is a plus
