See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview : As part of the talented Boston Whaler team, you will be a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner. This position is critical in ensuring efficient production scheduling. You'll collaborate across departments to align production with sales goals and maintain the integrity of our OBMS and ShopFloor systems.At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver. Essential Functions: Develop and manage production schedules in coordination with sales, manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics teams. Track and report on schedule attainment and provide weekly updates during Sales&Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of data collection and reporting tools. Analyze and model data using Excel, Business Objects, or other analytical tools to support operational decisions. Support cross-functional data and reporting needs across the organization. Ensure all duties are performed safely in a manufacturing environment with appropriate PPE.Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of manufacturing process flow and production planning.Bachelor's degree (2- or 4-year) preferred. Experience with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) projects is a plus. Self-starter with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. High standards of integrity and ethical behavior. Working Conditions: Ability to work a 10+ hour shift standing, bending, reachingAbility to work in a non-climate controlled environment (may be above 100 ambient degrees or below 10 ambient degrees in areas of production) Ability to work in a fiberglass dust environment and a fast paced, noisy environment Ability to work overtime (planned and unplanned) While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.The hiring range for this position is $59,000-$85,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
