Since we opened our first dealership in 1970, we've steadily grown to one of the nation's best dealerships, regardless of brand! Today, there are 12 Mullinax Ford, Hyundai, Genesis, Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealerships located in Washington, Florida, and Alabama. The prime candidate will be personable, hard-working, self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive attitude. Schedule: Monday thru Friday with alternating Saturdays - No Nights or Sundays GuaranteedResponsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide superior customer satisfaction Set and prepare for appointments with customers Greet and consult with customers regarding applicable vehicle repairs and maintenance Effectively communicate with customers regarding cost and time estimatesDistribute work between technicians efficiently Produce final repair orders for customers Clean and maintain work environment to ensure workplace safety Follow all Company procedures and standards Perform all duties as assigned Qualifications for this job: Must be at least 18 years old Excellent customer service skillsMust have professional appearance Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong time management skills Basic vehicle knowledge Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dustHigh school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines Must be able to pass background screening and drug test Benefits package for full time employees includes: Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Paid Basic Employer Life InsuranceAdditional Supplemental Insurance Wellness Program 401(k) Plan with match Paid Time Off Employee Purchase Program Training Programs We are a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
