  • The "Velvet Brick" Mentality: You possess deep empathy and can connect with people from all walks of life, but you are also firm. You aren't afraid to say "no" politely, enforce office rules, or manage demanding personalities without getting flustered.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing administrative role is preferred.

  • Cool Under Pressure: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without losing your smile or your attention to detail.
