You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAnswer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
/liliAssist clients with policy changes and updates.
/liliProcess insurance claims and follow up with clients.
/liliMaintain accurate records of customer interactions.
/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBi-lingual (Spanish/English) fluency is a major advantage for this role.
/liliPrevious experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
/liliOrganizational and multitasking abilities.
/liliComfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
/liliEventual Property Casualty and/or Life Health insurance licensing will be needed.
