As a CSR, youll play a key role in supporting our medical team and ensuring that our clients and patients receive exceptional care.

/ppAnticipated Schedule/ppThis is a full-time position with the following available schedules:/pulliMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm/liliMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00am-5:30pm/liliSome holidays required/lipCompensation/pulliStarting at $22/hour, commensurate with experience/li/ulh3What Youll Do:/h3ulliProviding a welcoming environment for clients and patients by delivering exceptional client service/liliAnswering/responding to incoming communications such as phone calls and emails/liliAppointment scheduling and management/liliCommunicating needs of clients and patients to medical team/liliMedical record organization and collection/liliReceive and process payments/liliRoutine office duties such as scanning, faxing, etc.
