Dagher Wealth Management is hiring a
Financial Advisor
to join its growing retirement planning practice in Walpole, MA.
Dagher Wealth Management has already built a strong demand engine through TV, radio, seminars, workshops, digital marketing, retirement education, and published thought leadership.
The opportunity is to step into a firm-generated activity model, meet with pre-retirees and retirees, build trust quickly, and help convert planning interest into long-term client relationships.
This advisor will work directly with the founders and serve as a key client-facing voice inside the practice.
You will participate in seminars and workshops, meet with prospective and existing clients, support retirement income planning conversations, etc.
What we're looking for:
Recent client-facing experience as a Financial Advisor, Retirement Advisor, Financial Planner, or similar role
Proven ability to build trust, guide conversations, and help convert prospects into clients
Series ***** or equivalent advisory registration
Life insurance license, or ability to operate appropriately on the insurance side
Preferred experience:
CFP®, CRPC®, or similar planning/retirement designation
Retirement income planning experience
Seminar or workshop experience
Backgroundadvisory firm
