Responsibilities
In this hybrid role, you'll support both customer-facing parts operations and warehouse fulfillment: Parts Counter Responsibilities
Assist customers at the counter and over the phone Process orders, quotes, backorders, and returns Research and identify parts using internal systems Handle transactions and payments accurately Resolve customer questions and support service teams Warehouse Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Receive and stock incoming inventory Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment Use RF scanners and WMS systems to track parts Assist with customer pickups and inventory counts Assemble hydraulic hoses, including cutting, fitting, crimping, and operating hose assembly equipmentQualifications
What You Bring High school diploma or GED Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (50 lbs unassisted) Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic (Parts experience, warehouse experience, or mechanical knowledge is a plus)What You Get Competitive Compensation
