Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Rep. Ability to accurately assess the entire situation to make an informed decision. Minimum of 3-years in a contact center environment preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications. Bi-lingual/multi-lingual in French Canadian or Spanish a plus. Education: Associates degree preferred or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.
