Structural Engineer
A Structural Engineer is sought to join our expanding engineering team. This role's primary focus is expertise in designing and working with Insulated Metal Panels (IMP), cold rooms, and clean rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structural analysis and design for various building types, specializing in Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) and cold room facilities.
- Create detailed construction drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineering teams to integrate structural solutions into project designs.- Perform site visits to assess conditions and monitor construction progress.- Guide junior engineers and drafters.- Review and approve design calculations and specifications.- Prepare project documentation and reports for stakeholders.- Contribute to project meetings regarding design and material selection.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
P.E. (Professional Engineer) designation is required

Experience with energy-efficient design principles, especially for cold storage and refrigeration facilities.
Familiarity with building codes and standards relevant to cold room construction and insulated metal panels.
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and the processes involved in obtaining LEED certification.
Proficiency with advanced modeling software or structural analysis tools, such as SAP 2000, ETABS, or similar programs.
