Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients approaching or in retirement.
Develop and implement personalized retirement strategies tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Educate clients on various financial concepts, investment products, and insurance options.
Provide ongoing monitoring and adjustments of client portfolios to align with their retirement objectives.
Address client inquiries and provide expert guidance on financial decisions and challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Stay informed of market trends, financial regulations, and relevant news to provide the best advice.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial planning, advising, or investment management roles.
Strong knowledge of retirement planning strategies and financial products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
Ability to analyze financial data and formulate actionable plans.
Professional certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) is a plus but not necessary.
Commitment to ethical standards and a client-centered approach to service.
Ability to multi-task
