AP Research & Accounting

Indirect Tax (Business Personal Property, US Sales & Use tax and Withholding taxes)

Project Initiatives teams

This role includes partnership with Global compliance and Risk partners and Tax specialists across the Bank as well as partnership across the rest of Corporate Accounts Payable to better integration with our payee set up and invoicing teams.

Responsibilities:

Work in and enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Assist the Global Indirect Tax team responsible for Sales and Use Tax and Business Personal Property tax functions for the company, as well as Information Reporting and Withholding on vendor payments.

Tasks include: Sales & Use tax filings for the company, review of vendor invoices for accuracy of sales tax and withholding and tax reporting, preparation of sales and use tax returns, tax research questions, tax forecasting, review/approve journal entries, and participate in special projects.

Required Qualifications:

4 year Accounting Degree

Desired Qualifications:

1-3 years of Tax experience, preferable for Sales and Use tax

Large corporate experience

SAP eLedger

Must Have:

Sales and Use Tax Experience are required.
