Title: CSR

Location: Providence city, RI

Duration: 3 months

Pay Rate - $27.5 an hour on W2

Schedule - 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM US Eastern Time

Job Description:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Effectively multitask and manage various customer service requests and administrative duties.

Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes to better assist customers.

Manage incoming requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability.

Be resourceful in providing solutions to customer needs, navigating complex scenarios when necessary.

Use Google Suite tools (Documents, Sheets, Forms, Gmail, etc.) to track and manage information.

Stay committed to a high standard of service, maintaining a positive and can-do attitude throughout all interactions.

Take initiative to learn and implement new technologies as needed for the role.

Daily Tasks

Email Correspondence: Respond to and manage a high volume of incoming emails from alumni, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate communication.

Phone Support: Answer and return calls to alumni, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues as needed.

Alumni Registration: Assist with registering alumni on our registration platform, ensuring accurate data entry and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the registration process.

General Support: Provide ongoing administrative assistance to the Events Team as needed, maintaining smooth operations during the Reunion season.
