The Customer Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting Sentec’s sales organization and customers. This position serves as a critical link between field sales, internal teams, and our customers—ensuring efficient handling of customer inquiries, accurate order and invoice processing, pricing maintenance, and overall administrative support.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role involves proactive communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement of customer support processes to enhance service and efficiency.
Serve as a central point of contact for Sales, customers, and internal teams to support the sales cycle from inquiry through order fulfillment.
Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and RMAs in Microsoft ERP and CRM systems.
Monitor and maintain customer pricing and account records.
Respond to customer and sales inquiries promptly and professionally, providing updates on order status, shipping timelines, and billing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in customer service or sales operations.
Experience supporting a sales team and working in a customer-facing environment.
Medical device industry experience is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
