Our client is a national third-party logistics (3PL) provider that helps small and mid-sized businesses with freight and package shipping solutions, including negotiated rates, carrier selection, and shipping technology. Their team offers personalized support to simplify shipping logistics and save on costs for SMBs. Our client is known for tailored shipping services but has mixed customer feedback on service experiences.

Salary:

• Base: $55,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) First Year: $80,000–$95,000+
• OTE Second Year: $85,000–$120,000+
• Aggressive uncapped residual commissions, paid monthly
  

Job Summary:
Inside Sales Representatives drive new business development in the SMB market by providing consultative sales solutions to CEOs, CFOs, and VP-level decision-makers. This role focuses on analyzing operational processes, presenting tailored business solutions, and delivering technology-driven efficiencies to help clients save time and optimize operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Present customized business solutions surrounding operational efficiencies and accounting solutions.
• Position technology solutions to improve efficiencies through innovative automation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in small-to-medium businesses.
• Continuously enhance sales skills and compete for national sales contests.
• Take ownership of coordinating, developing, and managing sales activities.
