We're looking for a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management.
You'll be a retail leader who develops talent and provides excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
Achieve sales goals and drive store performance
Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team
Create customer engagement through social media and store initiatives
Maintain operational excellence with organization, delegation, and customer focus
Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors
Communicate with leadership and HQ on trends and feedback
Use sales reports and data to guide strategies
Manage store merchandise and promotions effectively
Mentor staff to build a talented team
What You'll Need
1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams
High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus
Adaptability in a fast-changing retail environment
Interest in pop culture and music trends
Ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds
