is an independent Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm located at 100 Westminster St.
, Providence, RI.
The firm focuses on delivering investment management and financial planning services to high-net-worth clients.
As an RIA, we have a fiduciary duty to always put our clients first.
We are seeking an Investment Associate to assist the Principal in applying investment strategies to clients and in coordinating the investment reporting infrastructure.
Client service is important as well.
Sometimes those needs are the clients' highest priority.
We also provide financial planning utilizing the eMoney platform.
The expectation is that the candidate will become an Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65) and eventually serve as the primary client advisor.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree minimum
· Knowledge of investment asset classes, mutual funds, ETFs, and other investment vehicles
· Investment foundation classwork in college.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail: accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
· Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
· Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
· Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
· In-person employment in Providence, RI
Additional Responsibilities
· Manage the full lifecycle of our clients' investment accounts.
This involves everything from opening new accounts at the custodian (Schwab) to processing transfers, rollovers, and ongoing service requests.
· We organize and memorialize client service requests with our CRM, WealthBox
· .
In addition, to ensure the clients receive appropriate reporting from the portfolio accounting system, Envestnet/Tamarac and the financial planning platform, eMoney.
Benefits
· Base salary range: $60,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.
