What You'll Do

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for banking products in the innovation economy.

Represent the bank at industry events and venture conferences.
Serve as a strategic advisor to founders, CFOs, and VC partners.
Partner with internal stakeholders to design customized banking solutions.
Drive partnerships with accelerators, incubators, and startup support organizations.
What We're Looking For
8-10 years of experience in the venture ecosystem.
Strong existing network in the Austin and Texas venture capital market.
Expertise in Business Development and Relationship Management.
Deep knowledge of the Venture Capital Ecosystem.
Proven Strategic Advising and Leadership skills.
Proficiency in Treasury Solutions and Startup Operations.
Strong Negotiation and Networking abilities.
Entrepreneurial drive and self-direction.
