Data Entry: Utilizing Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets and Word for professional correspondence.Customer Support: Troubleshooting order issues, providing product information, and ensuring a positive client experience. Office Coordination: Managing your inbox via Outlook to ensure no request goes unanswered. Skills&Qualifications: Software Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Accounting Software: Previous experience with QuickBooks (specifically for order entry) is a significant plus. Technical Skills: Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.Organization: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting while maintaining strict attention to detail.
