We are hiring an
Assistant Store Manager
for our upcoming location in the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in Wrentham, Massachusetts, *****.
The
Assistant Store Manager
will help ensure operational excellence at the store location while also providing training, coaching, leadership and mentoring to hourly store associates.
Reporting directly the Store Manager, the
Assistant Store Manager
will act as the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager as well as greet customers, ring up orders at the register, stock shelves, and all other duties aligned to ensure smooth operations and a memorable customer experience.
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the retail industry
Legally authorized to work in the United States
18 years or older
At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
