Outbound Shipping Coordinator

Summary of the role As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.Responsibilities include: Coordinating and overseeing daily outbound shipping activities for domestic and international shipments to ensure timely, accurate delivery. Preparing and managing all required international shipping documentation, commercial shipping invoices, packing lists, and required certifications (e.g., certificates of origin, certificates of conformance).Coordinating documentation and shipment details with freight forwarders and carriers to support export declarations, AES filings, customs clearance, and delivery execution. Communicating directly with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange pickups, monitor transit, resolve delays, and track late-day shipments and late carrier pickups.Distributing and prioritizing shipping workload throughout the day to meet operational deadlines and departmental objectives. Working closely with shipping, customer service group, sales, trade compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable U.S. and international shipping regulations.Maintaining accurate daily shipping logs, documentation retention, and records to support audits and performance tracking. Monitoring carrier responsiveness and performance; escalating issues as necessary. Supporting continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.Perform all other duties as assigned.
