Job Description

Trove is seeking a skilled and creative Digital Designer to join our dynamic in-house creative team to bring fresh, impactful visuals to our digital and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will thrive in a close-knit, collaborative environment, bringing a strong commitment to both strategic and creative excellence. As part of the Owala brand team, you will work closely with the Senior Art Director and cross-functional partners—including product managers, brand managers, UX designer and fellow designers—to translate business objectives and user insights into visually compelling and functional designs that align with our brand vision.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, bringing their expertise to the table while contributing to a collective vision. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Design and execute assets for digital marketing, social media, email, and web.

Develop high-performing ad creatives, including automated templates for scalability.

Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, and developers to bring concepts to life.

Stay ahead of trends, tools, and best practices in digital design.

Collaborate with the Art Director and UX Design Lead and department heads, incorporating feedback and making adjustments quickly and efficiently.

Create and refine design systems, templates, and brand elements to maintain consistency and efficiency across all materials.

Work closely with the production and operations team to ensure designs meet deadlines and uphold high-quality standards.

Stay current with design software and trends, applying this knowledge to create cutting-edge solutions across both digital and print channels.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering unique, differentiated ideas to the Art Director and Creative Director.
