We are partnering with a local fast-growing, entrepreneurial tax advisory and consulting firm located in Orem, UT who is seeking a highly experienced Tax Director / Senior Tax Leader to help scale a modern, strategy-focused tax practice serving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, investors, and complex partnership structures.
This is NOT a traditional CPA firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale the tax practice
Review complex partnership and HNW returns
Build systems, workflows, and teams
Mentor and develop staff
Participate in strategic advisory engagements
Partner with executive leadership on long-term growth initiatives
Preferred Background
:
CPA required
10+ years of tax experience
Big Four experience strongly preferred
Deep partnership tax expertise
Strong technical and leadership capabilities
Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
