Title : Desktop-Provisioning Support Representative Location : Lehi, UT Job Type : Contract (7 Months) Compensation : $18-23 per hour Industry:

Renewable Energy --- About the Role We are seeking a Desktop Provisioning Support Representative to support a large, mission-driven organization in the renewable energy industry with corporate offices in Lehi, Utah. This role focuses on the end-to-end provisioning process for corporate employees, ensuring new hires are equipped with the technology they need to be successful from day one. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, and comfortable supporting a diverse internal user base in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description Key responsibilities include:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee technical support via phone, chat, email, and remote tools Manage the provisioning lifecycle for new hire equipment, including preparation, imaging, packaging, shipping, and receipt of returned equipment Support ticketing workflows for equipment requests and provisioning activitiesDocument provisioning processes and accurately track all related activities Communicate clearly and professionally with employees across all levels of the organization Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for escalation, audit, and review purposes Follow organizational security practices to protect company systems, hardware, and dataQualifications Required

Hands-on experience providing desktop or hardware support in a corporate environment Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating systems Strong understanding of basic troubleshooting fundamentals Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processesComfort supporting users through multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and remote support Preferred
