ISO Business Development Representative, New York

We are partnered with a thriving direct lender in the merchant capital space, experiencing rapid growth and building a reputation for speed, transparency, and strong partner relationships. Backed by institutional capital and run by industry veterans, our client is looking for a driven professional to help us expand their ISO network and drive revenue-based funding volume.

What You'll Be Doing

Use your existing ISO and broker relationships to bring in new submissions and drive funding volume

Source, onboard, and manage ISOs and brokers while deepening engagement with your current network

Build trusted relationships with partners to drive deal flow and repeat business

Serve as the front-line point of contact for submissions, feedback, and issue resolution

Guide ISOs through underwriting expectations, product details, and submission best practices

Strategically grow your book of business and collaborate with leadership on partner development, SEO/SEM initiatives, and scaling infrastructure

Potential to scale into a leadership position managing additional reps and shaping strategy

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in revenue-based lending, MCA, or ISO-focused financial sales

Established broker network and active ISO relationships you can immediately leverage

Demonstrated track record of bringing over a book of ISO business or building one rapidly

Strong understanding of lending products, buy rates, underwriting, and partner lifecycle

High energy and self-motivated—thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
