Warehouse Supervisor
to lead daily operations, drive productivity, and build a strong safety-first culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams from the floor, improving processes, and making a direct impact on operational performance.
What Youll Do:
Lead and develop warehouse associates and lead personnel
Coordinate daily receiving, storage, and distribution activities
Monitor productivity, staffing, and workflow efficiency
Conduct daily team meetings and communicate operational goals
Ensure safe operation of forklifts and material handling equipment
Partner with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Maintain equipment readiness and operational supplies
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
What Were Looking For:
3+ years of warehouse operations experience
Previous supervisory or team lead experience
Experience with RF handheld scanners
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-moving warehouse environment
Forklift/cherry picker/swing reach certification is a plus
