We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing front desk responsibilities, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist walk-in guests and visitors
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
Perform general administrative and office support tasks
Maintain organized records, files, and office supplies
Assist with scheduling and communication between departments
Support data entry and documentation as needed
Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and administrative support (preferred)
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable answering multi-line phone systems
Organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Experience with QuickBooks data entry is a plus
