Soccer Shots North Inland Empire is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable
part-time soccer coach
to bring energy, creativity, and a love for the game to children ages 2-8. If youre passionate about working with kids and making a positive impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
About the Role:
As a
Soccer Shots Coach , you will:
Bring "Soccer Island" to life with enthusiasm and creativity. Independently lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8, including field setup and takedown. Utilize our expert-designed curriculum and early childhood development techniques. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants.Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. Work
independently 90% of the time , confidently managing your own sessions.
What We Look For:
Experience with young children (ages 2-8) is highly preferred. No prior coaching experience is requiredwe provide full training! Passion for children, sports, and making a difference. Energetic, engaging, and responsible personality. Ability to adapt to the needs of young players. Safety-conscious mindset.Reliable transportation. Ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate soccer skills. Willingness to obtain state-required clearances.
