We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven initiatives. Position Overview Location: Raleigh, NC ( Strictly Local to North Carolina Only ) Work Arrangement: Hybrid Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person Interview Key Skills&Requirements (What We Are Looking For) To excel in this position, your background must include strong experience across these core areas: AI Strategy&Implementation: Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise AI strategies and identifying high-impact adoption opportunities. Core Technical Domains: Deep knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) , Natural Language Processing (NLP) , and Computer Vision applications. Tools&Frameworks: Hands-on experience with production frameworks and cloud platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, or AWS AI/ML . Model Deployment: Demonstrated track record of deploying and scaling AI/ML models within production environments and integrating them with existing enterprise architecture. Governance&Ethics: Solid understanding of AI governance frameworks, ethical AI practices, data privacy laws, and security compliance. Mandatory Background: State Government or Public Sector experience is REQUIRED for this role. Preferred (Bonus Points) Experience with enterprise system integration and scalable cloud-based infrastructure. Familiarity with organizational change management and user adoption strategies for disruptive technologies. Proven ability to deliver technical workshops, training, or enablement programs for internal teams. Main Responsibilities Design and recommend tailored AI solutions based on complex business and operational requirements. Monitor live AI systems for performance, model drift, accuracy, and efficiency-recommending optimization strategies as needed. Partner with cross-functional technical teams (data scientists, developers, and business analysts) to ensure smooth end-to-end implementation.
