Job Overview
CCS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Logistics & Inventory Manager
to oversee inventory operations, transportation logistics, warehouse organization, and vendor coordination.
This position plays a critical role in supporting field operations and ensuring materials and equipment are delivered efficiently and on time.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in logistics, inventory management, and team leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage inventory and material movement for field and warehouse operations
Maintain accurate inventory control systems and records
Coordinate deliveries and transportation schedules
Ensure DOT compliance and safe transportation practices
Optimize warehouse layout and operational efficiency
Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
Resolve logistics and supply chain issues quickly and effectively
Lead and support drivers and logistics personnel
Monitor inventory trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with operations and field teams to support project needs
Qualifications
Experience in logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain operations
Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation coordination
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
Construction or utility industry experience preferred
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel to job sites as needed
