A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required, along with a commitment to inclusive, community-centered leadership. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors and staff to shape a clear and sustainable vision for the organization's next chapter, while remaining deeply rooted in its values, history, and community relationships.
