Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

RCM Technologies is seeking an experienced, high-impact Senior Marketing Manager to direct development of marketing strategies and oversight implementation of marketing programs and campaigns. This individual will be the primary driver of our digital marketing engine, across lines of businesses, overseeing performance marketing initiatives, SEO, content strategy, lead generation, and social media channels to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that integrates SEO, content, lead generation, and data analytics to drive qualified pipeline growth

Set the vision and roadmap for digital performance across all of RCM's business units, aligning efforts with brand, sales, and recruitment

Contribute to content strategy, campaign execution, and a full content ecosystem—from media production to recruitment marketing and service-line messaging

Build scalable content systems that align with search demand, industry trends, and sales enablement needs, supporting business development and revenue generation

Design and deploy multi-channel lead generation programs, including landing pages, digital production, remarketing strategies, and lifecycle marketing

Develop marketing campaigns and content support for Business Units to deliver on brand engagement, partnerships, and affiliate marketing initiatives

Provide demand and lead generation insights and strategic input representing the voice of the customer, and contribute to cross-functional team program implementation

Oversight events marketing team output and serve as the primary liaison to managers across Business Units in regional markets to deliver on results

Align closely with business unit leaders (e.g., Healthcare, Engineering, Process & Industrial, Energy) and the sales/recruitment teams to support their unique pipeline and talent goals

Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure consistency, data-driven strategy refinement based on trends, and performance across all digital properties

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, sales enablement, and working with agencies

Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially in complex industries such as healthcare, staffing, industrial businesses, or technology

Exceptional leadership potential, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to think strategically while executing at a detailed level when needed

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required
