Software Asset Manager, New York

Our client is looking for a Software Asset Management, SAM Analyst to join their team.

Location:

Must be in the tri-state area and willing to work in a Hybrid environment - meaning they'll go into the office monthly (either the Northern NJ or NYC Location). They will be working a 37.5 hour work week.

Requirements:

ServiceNow Sam Pro experience – we are currently beginning our implementation of this tool.

5-10 years of SAM experience

Strong Data Analysis

Role:

Exact role/responsibilities will really depend on experience.

Responsible to track and ensure the Organization is in compliance with our software license agreements with a focus on complex and strategic Hosted, Data Center, and Healthcare licenses (perpetual and cloud based) deployed and/or used at the client. Experience with any of the following would be helpful: Epic, Client Healthcare, Varian, Broadcom, IBM, Microsoft, SalesForce.

Managing Full lifecycle – Contract review, Entitlement processing, License creation, Product Use Rights/Rules confirmation, Software discovery confirmations, renewals support/optimization opportunities/reharvesting. Audit response if needed.
