We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our hybrid team and drive the design of user-centric products that delight our customers. Job Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final delivery using Figma. Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products. Conduct UX research to gather user insights and inform design decisions. Create intuitive UI designs and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas effectively. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on product vision and requirements. Mentor junior designers and promote best practices within the design team. Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a product designer with strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design skills. Expertise in Figma and design system creation. Solid understanding of UX research methodologies and ability to apply insights. Strong prototyping skills to demonstrate user flows and interactions. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a hybrid work environment. Background in mentoring or leading design teams. Familiarity with agile product development processes.
