Direct Hire Opportunity! Are you an experienced and skilled Mechanic ready to be the backbone of our production line? Join our Setup Mechanics team and play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations! Your Focus: You will be responsible for the setup, repair, and preventative maintenance of critical production and processing equipment. This hands-on role requires you to interface directly with Operations and Engineering to ensure machinery is correctly located, properly adjusted, and running at peak condition. - High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience or technical school training in a mechanic or related craft.
- Solid knowledge of assembly line functions, machinery operation, and the ability to read technical manuals/blueprints.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct machine failures, performing "on line" adjustments, repairs, and modifications.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance (PM).
- Ensure all work adheres to GMP regulations, including housekeeping and proper documentation.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations (e.g., equipment lockout, proper PPE).
