Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments Handle trust and estate administration matters Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and tax-related considerations Maintain direct client communication and relationship managementAssist with related real estate and litigation matters as needed Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment Qualifications
Active New York Bar admission required Additional admissions in NJ, CT, or PA preferred Experience in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Elder Law, Real Estate, or Litigation Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills Understanding of personal finance, accounting, investments, and basic tax conceptsProfessional, self-motivated, and client-service oriented Compensation&Benefits
