What You'll Do Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HVAC Technicians Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement Drive division performance through goal setting, reporting, and team development Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase service, maintenance, and replacement opportunitiesPartner with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to optimize scheduling and communication Improve efficiency through route optimization, workflow improvements, and technician performance tracking Serve as the subject-matter expert for residential HVAC systems, installations, and serviceStay current with HVAC codes, regulations (EPA, local/state), and emerging technologies Ensure top-tier service quality, system performance, and customer satisfaction Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and technical expertise What You'll Bring
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in residential HVAC Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems (installation, maintenance, diagnostics) Ability to inspire, coach, and develop technicians at all skill levels Commitment to delivering exceptional homeowner experiencesProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, efficiency, and quality goals Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective presentation and training skills; comfortable leading team meetings Confident, decisive communicator in a fast-paced, goal-driven environmentFamiliarity with service management software and dispatch systems Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) What We Offer:
