State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Our agency opened in 2016 and is proud to be a growing team of four, with plans to keep expanding! In 2019, we remodeled and expanded our office space to support that growth and create a comfortable, modern work environment. We're building a culture that's collaborative, fun, and supportive. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Requirements: Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment Must be currently licensedIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Newburgh, NY and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including: Auto insurance Home insurance Life insurance Retirement planning
