Position Overview:
Drive excellence in quality, safety, patient experience, best practices, and operational performance within the Internal Medicine department.
Partner closely with executive medical leadership to guide departmental strategy and support continued growth.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of physicians and APPs
Multi-specialty clinic with strong collegial collaboration
Part of a Mayo Clinic Care Network-affiliated health system
Prior leadership experience or advanced degrees strongly preferred
