Senior Civil Project Engineer, Pennsylvania

Oxford Solutions has a client looking to hire a Senior Project Engineer to support a wide range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is an onsite role with the option for contract to hire or direct placement .

Essential Functions

Lead and support design, permitting, and construction documentation for civil water/wastewater projects

Develop scopes of work, budgets, and manage project execution

Provide project and client management for municipal and private clients

Design sewer systems, pump stations, force mains, and conveyance infrastructure

Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis

Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and regulatory documentation

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for successful project delivery

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline

7–10 years of progressive experience in water/wastewater projects

PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)

Proficiency in CAD, ArcGIS, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Willingness to travel as needed; Must have valid U.S. driver’s license
