/li/ulh3About The Role/h3pThe shipping department Team Lead will provide direct interaction with all team members involved in shipping orders, provide assistance and guidance to employees on issues related to the shipping department.
Monitoring employees of specific areas.
Give feedback to the people.

/ph3Compensation Schedule/h3p$***** per hour/ppMonday - Friday (2pm-11:30pm), Full-Time, Non-Exempt/ppOnsite: 2 Ontelaunee Drive - Reading, PA *****/ph3What You Will Do/h3ulliMust have a positive can-do attitude/liliResponsible for aisle patrol/liliVerify and enforce safety compliance/liliVerify and enforce compliance of the SOPs/liliMonitoring time per task reports/liliMonitoring location issues reports/liliTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to the shipping process.
/liliE.O.D. stock chaser audits (cars clean, trash thrown, tablets/scanners plugged and charged in correct spot)/liliProvide involvement in the planning and execution of Special Projects related to shipping process/liliProvide leadership to the shipping team/liliAll other duties as assigned/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliGood interpersonal, relationship building and employee coaching/development skills/liliComputer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment/liliMust be 18 years or older/liliAbility to operate a warehouse cart/liliAbility to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented/liliAbility to use electronic devices such as tablets, radios, scanners, etc.
/liliHave the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
/liliAbility to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day/liliAbility to bend, stoop, and twist on a regular basis/liliAbility to work independently without close supervision and within a team/liliBasic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately/liliAbility to communicate, understand, and read in English/liliHave sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information/liliBachelors degree preferred/liliAbility to work flexible hours and overtime when required/li/ulh3Protective Equipment Required/h3pMust be able to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest).
PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment.
/ph3Physical Demands/h3pIn performing the job of a Receiving Lead, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift.
Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs.
Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.
/ph3Working Environment/h3ulliThe job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
/liliThe job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
